Glen Dimplex Thermal Solutions is a manufacturer of chillers for the medical, food processing, and machine tool industries. The sales team expressed a desire to use a tool at dairy and food processing tradeshows to tell the whole chiller story by showcasing different models using tech data sheets, a video testimonial, an online price calculator, and a contact form to capture leads all within one iPad app that could function with or without an internet connection.
I researched different app development tools, tested a few, and settled on Intuiface. Taking about a week to learn key app functionality, I designed the interface, tested it with the Marketing Director, and trained the sales staff to use, update, and work offline with the app.
