J.M. Wilson is a Managing General Agent whose clients are insurance providers for high-risk policies. This campaign ran in trade pubs to demonstrate their level of commitment, enthusiasm, knowledge, and the great relationships they have with their clients. Several employees participated in the campaign. We interviewed them about their personal passions and wrote copy to reflect how those passions informed their customer service philosophy in a fun and engaging way.
